Our Leadership Team
We’re a group of entrepreneurs and operators who know what it takes to build and scale a successful home service business. We’ve been in the field, led from the front, and understand the responsibility that comes with stewarding someone else’s legacy.

Gordon Schroll
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As CEO of ABC, Gordon has led the company's growth from $5 million to over $100 million by investing in people, building systems that scale, and refusing to settle for average. His leadership blends sharp execution with strong values–prioritizing team development, customer trust, and long-term impact. Outside the office, Gordon keeps his focus where it counts: family, balance, and leading by example.

Erik Schroll
Executive Vice President (EVP)
Erik plays a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s rapid growth. Known for building strong teams and systems that scale, Erik focuses on delivering consistent results while never losing sight of customer trust and satisfaction. When he’s not in the office, Erik loves spending time with his family and traveling the world.

Peter Schroll
Executive Vice President (EVP)
Peter brings deep operational expertise and a proven ability to integrate acquisitions, improve performance, and build high-performing teams. He’s passionate about preserving the legacy of great local businesses while investing in people, process, and technology to drive long-term success. Outside of work, Peter enjoys time with his wife and two sons and staying active—keeping balance at the core of his leadership.

Sam Curley
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Sam leads the company’s financial strategy with a focus on sustainable growth and operational excellence. With a strong background in financial management and business planning, he ensures ABC has the resources and systems to scale while maintaining its commitment to customers and employees. Outside the office, Sam enjoys time with his wife and three kids and believes in balancing hard work with meaningful connections.

Patrick Redmond
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Patrick leads the company’s marketing strategy with a focus on brand growth, customer engagement, and measurable results. With deep expertise in digital marketing, customer experience, and data-driven insights, Patrick helps ABC connect with new customers while strengthening long-term loyalty. He loves to golf and spend time with his wife and kids.

Jeff Dumas
Director of HVAC Sales & Operations
Jeff bridges technical expertise with customer-focused solutions. With a strong background in HVAC systems and a proven track record in sales leadership, Jeff is dedicated to developing teams that deliver top-quality service while helping customers make the best choices for their homes. He enjoys family time and weekends spent out on the water in his boat.

Harry Castillo
Director of Plumbing, Sewer & Electric
Harry oversees field operations and ensures every customer receives reliable, 5-star service. He’s dedicated to developing skilled teams, improving processes, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Away from the office, Harry values time with his wife and three daughters and enjoys firing up the grill.

Clarissa Castillo
Human Resources Manager
Clarissa leads the company’s human resources initiatives with a focus on cultivating an inclusive, high-performance culture. With expertise in talent development and employee benefits optimization, she works to strengthen internal processes, support team growth, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Clarissa is passionate about building strong teams and creating an environment where employees can thrive both professionally and personally.

Mike Then
Director of Marketing
Mike builds campaigns that showcase ABC’s 5-star service and connect with customers in meaningful ways. He brings a passion for storytelling, creative problem-solving, and leading a team that blends traditional and digital marketing to drive results. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and staying active with both paddle and golf.

Dan Weeks
General Manager, Tampa Operations
Dan leads local operations with a focus on exceptional service, team development, and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in home services and leadership, Dan is dedicated to building a growth-oriented, high-performing team that delivers consistent results and 5-star experiences for every customer. Outside of work, Dan enjoys time with family and taking advantage of Florida’s sunshine and outdoor life.
